I HEART 80s

Ah Friday!  Le Weekend.  We had snow last night, so there were no buses running this morning.  No matter, just have the morning off and go in at lunchtime.  To be brutal, I only went in because I had a driving lesson at 4pm.  I noted that I was ready now for my test.  And, give or take 3 months or so, I was.  So that was that.  Somewhat spuriously, my entry ends with, 'Had some chips when Mum, Dad came from pub.'  Please understand that this wasn't a case of them having gone out together for a few drinks.  Oh, no.  This was Mum going to pick Dad up after his Friday night darts match.  Them having been to collect chips was a rare treat and very enjoyable!
